What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure methods shown at checkout. Prices are in USD.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@fromkingsley.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — we email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your customs authority, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Return unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery; EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@fromkingsley.com with your order number and we'll send instructions and the return address.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
