Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Kingsley&Co order arrives. We ship worldwide with free standard shipping on every order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during peak periods or due to carrier or customs delays.

3. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping worldwide — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country may apply import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict or cover these charges.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address; contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped.

7. Delays & Lost Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel seems delayed beyond the estimate, email support@fromkingsley.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
