Refund policy

We want you to love your Kingsley&Co pieces. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, your EU right of withdrawal, and refunds work.

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in line with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To meet the deadline, simply send us a clear statement of withdrawal at support@fromkingsley.com before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. pierced jewellery, underwear, or clearly personalised products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@fromkingsley.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping was free; for withdrawals we refund the price of the returned goods. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping — this is in addition to your statutory warranty rights.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
